As the title says…this all happened this morning. They keep saying it was due to performance and not layoffs, but in the same sentence, mentions the company is looking for cost reductions across the board.
We have thousands of contractors working as well, and they mentioned reducing the at by a huge amount.
This is literally layoffs disguised as performance-related terminations and those affected receiving no severance.
Any thoughts on this shit show? Any way those affected can wiggle a package out of this? Our stock has tanked in the last couple years as well and company is in massive debt.
