I have not answered yet to their request but I was hired as a yoga instructor. This is a new gym that just opened up last week and theyre getting few memberships. No one has signed up yet for the yoga classes so they asked me to announce my classes on MY social media to bring in new people.
But they are not offering me any compesation for this.
I feel like I was hired as an instructor, not to promote their gym and get them new members.
And honestly, I dont want people in my social media to know where I work. I have a kind of a big account 20K followers. And I dont think is safe for strangers to know where I work?
What should I tell this company as to not sound rude?
(They’re paying me $25 per class)
New members who want to use the gym pay $25 but $35 if they want the classes with a yearly contract. $40 for month to month
