To make a long story short, I’ve recently scored a job with a warehouse/distribution company. But it includes signing a confidentiality agreement, which also states (not verbatim) that if I decide to leave the company, I have to relinquish all info of my next employer (name, address, duties). It also contains certain things regarding rights to social media accounts, is it even worth it to sign?? Or should I just avoid signing and look elsewhere? Thanks for any help!
