Hi all, I have recently been offered and accepted a secondment opportunity at work but both my original contract and this job description outline the role as well as saying 'other business needs' I have reason to suspect changes are coming to roles and don't want to be landed with a load of random jobs as well as my own. Does anyone know if this is just unenforceable wording or are my employers able to give me whatever jobs they need doing.
