Contract vs handbook (WA state)

I’m a full time employee, hourly paid, working with kids (after school babysitting). This company has many locations in the city I’m in and they are going to move me to another location. I’ve been at the first one since I’ve been hired (about a year). I told them I didn’t want to and wasn’t happy about it because nobody stated anything about moving locations especially last minute when I’m almost done with the school year etc. I’m also dealing with psoriasis (first time in my life) at the moment and I’m not taking any sudden changes very well. Stress is making my flare up worse and I’m already struggling physically (joint pain in my hips, feet, hands) and mentally (lack of sleep due to itching at night and unaliving myself thoughts). Stress is making my flare up worse and I’m already struggling physically (joint pain in my hips, feet, hands) and mentally (lack of sleep due to itching at night and unaliving myself thoughts). They had a meeting with me this Friday and said they don’t want to terminate me but if I can’t do what they’re asking I’m free to resign (as in they are putting it on me to leave and are forcing me by saying either you do this or you leave this company). They also said I need to be a team player since everybody is doing work they’re not supposed to due to “understaffing”. They also said I should have a meeting with HR about my physical and mental struggles, so now I have a meeting next Monday with HR. My signed contract states a two week notice is required by me or the company if either party wishes to leave. But the company handbook says at will. 1) Which one holds up? 2) if I continue to show up at my main location and still work, they can’t forcibly remove me, so I can still show up and get paid right? 3) it seems that they want me to resign as firing me would be more of a hassle as they’d have to answer to their higher ups as well. Should I just wait to get terminated so I can get unemployment at the very least? 4) what do I ask/tell HR on Monday? They were quite upset I used the legal angry route with them so I’m guessing I should lean in more with my physical and mental health struggles. PLEASE HELP!

PS: don’t worry, i know this company is toxic and I don’t plan on staying. I already planned months in advance that my last day would be June 9th. I just need to buy some time before that date. I still need some income until that end date.
