So the COO of the company I work for leaked everyone’s W2 info. It was leaked to an ex employees. This person showed me and now I know everyone’s pay. Should I disclose the info to my associates? Just to see the injustice in pay. The people at the top that don’t do much other than meetings and letting us know our hours will be cut because we are slow. Now I’m just venting. But it’s not fair. The person that leaked it face no disciplinary action. But if u make copies and put the info in the break room. Y’all think they’ll take disciplinary action against me? What should I do?
