Coping with moving shifts

I work in a fab shop, I'm a team-lead for a few press brake operators and I run 2 lasers myself. I went to 2nd shift originally 2:30pm-1am so I could go from a normal operator to a team lead. I didn't want to he stuck as a normal operator and i saw that as my only way out. It wasn't bad, but my life outside of work plummeted and I didnt realize this until I went to a hybrid shift 8am-6:30pm. I'm basically stuck on an island since there's no management to talk to for any guidance, so if something breaks I'm usually by myself to fix it. I'm going back to 2nd shift next week and I'm having a lot of anxiety about it. I can't go back to 1st shift or I'll lose my promotion and shift bonus. Financially I can't really give up my $23/hr.
