My tolerance for faking a personality and putting on a charismatic mask at work has been stretched to the breaking point. I can’t stand not acting like I act outside of work and being contained in a little box in the professional environment. I miss working for a small business where I wasn't micromanaged by a PC HR department on every word that I spoke or thought about speaking, and punished or humiliated in front of others for fatuous “mistakes.”
