Corrective action plan — my boss was super emotional during the meeting and now I want to quit. Advice?

I received a corrective action plan from my boss on Monday. After not speaking to me for 2+ weeks (remote job, only email) the first contact we have is her raking me over the coals and describing all the ways I’ve fucked up over the last 6 months but this is my first written warning I’ve received about any of them. From the sounds of it, we don’t have a salvageable working relationship moving forward and this company is ass anyway. I kind of want to mention in my email that the emotional tone of the conversation led me to this position, because it did. She’s been unprofessional, demoralizing and straight up mischaracterized my work in writing. Is this a bad idea?

Is there anything else should/shouldn’t do? I don’t even really want to sign the plan. I’d rather not go thru the process of being fired and filing for unemployment. I have savings and another contract gig lined up.

Any advice is appreciated I’ve never received a corrective action plan before.
