Currently sitting in ER for pain and I’m more concerned with having to call into work

It just dawned on me out messed up that it. I’m way more concerned about having to call in and potentially lose my job rather than what is wrong with my body. Something potentially life threatening and I’m scared of losing my perfect attendance at work.
