So I work in a big retail store in Canada as a customer service person. Some guy comes up to me with two watering jugs (the thing you use to water the garden). He comes up to me and asked me if we had any ice cream pails with water in them to see “how each one waters”. He then quickly left to get another one to try. I ask my manager quickly while he is gone whether or not that's allowed. The manager said no (as I suspected since I was gonna tell the guy no myself). When the guy comes back, he asks where the water is. When I told him that we don't do that here, he flips out. He said “You fucking lazy ass! I'm a customer not an employee!” He then proceeded to wave the jugs around like a lunatic
I want to have a word with this guy's mother. People don't have any respect anymore.
