Customer Service The Dino

I find it absolutely hilarious that in 2022, people are still being graded on phone calls/emails. We arent robots, the customer aka the other human wants a human interaction. The fact that companies still quiver or shake that someone might not call someone by there name is hilarious. Did the solution get settled? yes, was customer happy? yes. Did the company lose money? no. then who cares about a damn script. praying for a society collaspe soon. I cant believe the world in 2020 halted and we are still trying to back to the “land before time” Give me a break
