I get stressed about my job a lot, and then because I’m overwhelmed I fall behind on things. I know in reality no one is gonna die because something took longer, but sometimes people act like it’s the end of the world if something isn’t done right, or needs to be adjusted. And it’s a vicious cycle. My boss gets stressed because her boss is stressed which makes me stressed, etc. Does anyone have any tips on how to just be more calm about things? My work is definitely not that serious, nor is it important to me. So I’m trying to find ways to not let other people’s stress affect me so much. How do I do that?
