There are a lot of dumb/cliché questions I’ve been asked when interviewing for positions and one that I hate being asked is “where do you see yourself in 5 years?” I’m 33 years old. I’ve lived through 9/11 (from NYC), a recession, a constant threat/action of terrorist attacks in NYC, Paris, and London. A boat load of other bullshit that probably could have killed me and most recently a pandemic where millions have died and you’re gonna ask me that? I don’t know if I’ll live to see tomorrow.
