Talking to another superintendent from a different construction company whom I asked was hiring. He said yes, give him a call today. The current company I work for has harassed me the entirety of my 10 months here since I’m 23 and everyone else is at least double my age. I definitely don’t think they’re worth even a week’s notice. My boss here flips me the bird now and now I have zero respect so I think I’m just gonna say peace out. This place is toxic asf.
