Unfortunately, out of anger while quitting, I told my bigoted, transphobic, classist boss that I would be letting people know how he treats his employees.
The problem is, I really care about a lot of my co workers, and I wouldn’t want to do anything that could prevent them from making money.
Everything I said was true. But I guess I don’t necessarily have proof and only one person who I know would back me up because he doesn’t care about losing his job. The rest agree with me, but do care
But I said it in an email to him. He is a spiteful, petty asshole.
Did I do anything that could get me in legal trouble? Also, apparently because he only required a deposit he didn’t violate anything with the uniforms so oops lol but yes just concerned because when I say he’s an asshole, I mean it.
