I left a commission job on March 28th. With the way the commission was setup, I've finally gotten my last check today. That's on time with the pay schedule, no issues there. However on March 10th I changed my 401k contribution to zero and the first week of June I rolled over all the balance in the account to my personal 401k. Well. My last check has 401k contributions taken out of it. Company tried to say they never got my request to change my contribution, even though I have a copy of the email confirmation and my other checks didn't have contribution. I'd hate to have to take the hit on taxes a second time to move my balance over. Is there anything I can do?
