The hiring manager asked for 3 references on a zoom call. She said 2 from coworkers and 1 character.
But then sent me this email: “information, email and phone number for 2 references of whom one should be a recent or previous supervisor. “
I read that as 1 character and 1 supervisor reference.
She called me super pissed that I gave her 1 character and 1 supervisor. She apparently asked for 1 coworker and 1 supervisor.
I apologizes of course. Am I dumb?
