didn’t even last 24 hours

So I started working security for a local security company yesterday and already getting ready to quit. The amount of information they held back, the fact that they didn't tell me, still technically haven't the only reason I know is cuz the person who's training me has told me, that while I'm training I'm paid minimum wage and training could last for a while month has pissed me off. Apparently we are paid 11 an hour and we get a lump sum paid of a dollar for every hour you worked every 30 days for every hour you worked as long as you don't come in late or call out. And they're trying to figure out how to give me two off days cuz there are not enough guards to cover the station I'm working. I'm sitting here filling out applications after I'm done with this post. This entire experience has deterred me even more from wanting to go back into law enforcement. Oh and I can't apply for health insurance, I'd have to wait till open enrollment next year and then wait until the following year to get health insurance. I hate indeed
