Hello, since June I was hired for a job as a CO and have been going to training full time since then. My other 'job' is commission based only which I didn't find out until later on when I went through the hiring process. To be honest it doesn't pay the bills being only commission based but I thought that it was something I could do in my free time. I can also do this job remotely and talk to clients which I have been doing since I was hired (late April).
However, my boss recently contacted me and is angry that none of my clients (2 so far) have not been hired (I am a job placement coach) but I have been keeping up with them and applying for jobs for them despite going to my other job, and being commission based only didn't think it was a big deal since they aren't paying me anyways.
TLDR; My boss is mad I didn't tell her I have another job. But being commission based only I don't have a set schedule or pay so I figured I could do it during my free time. But if they don't pay me a single cent why would they even bother getting salty?
