Me (in my 20s): “Yeah.. they're not really paying for the amount of work”
My coworker: “No, that's not it [insert some justification as to why a business with <10 employees can't pay above minimum wage for part time employees]"
Added bonus: this coworker gets paid the same as me even though they've been there 6 more years!
