Was talking to my coworker about wages last week and she actually makes less money for the same job I'm doing. $2 less that's fucked up. She may not have a degree but she has a lot more experience than I do. The only reason I make more is that I have a degree. If a company tries to prevent you from talking about wages they are breaking a federal law.
