Do I lie or just say nothing?

Few weeks ago I had a bit of a tiff with management and decided to put my CV online. Since then I got harassed by recruiters and its led to me getting interviews for 2 jobs. I've already made it clear to one of the recruiters that I'd much prefer the job he's offering than the other one, but I will be taking the other one if his falls through. The one I prefer is offering £40-45k, the other is 38. Either way it's a healthy pay rise. I've done one interview at each, but my preferred option insists on 2 interviews so I'm waiting for them to pick a date. The one I'm not keen on hasn't gotten back to me yet, I imagine my lack of enthusiasm may have shown. Do I lie to the other recruiter and tell them I've been offered £43k (I reckon it'll influence…

Do I lie to the other recruiter and tell them I've been offered £43k (I reckon it'll influence their salary decision) or just say nothing and negotiate down the line?
