Do I need to get paid to change out of uniform?

I ride my bike to work regularly and I usually like to get dressed to ride home before we close so that nobody has to be stuck at the shop waiting for me. Recently my manager told me that I need to either punch out or wait till my shift is over to get changed. I work in Ohio, I am paid hourly, and I’m required to wear a uniform. However I’m not required to leave the uniform at work. Does my employer need to pay me for my time changing?
