I got hired in July and received a $10,000 “bonus” (the bonus came out of my yearly salary) and I see nothing in my offer letter stating I need to give it back but, I'm on a 90 day probation period. The Job is absolutely miserable. I'm getting micro managed to the extreme from them asking for screenshots of my personal phone to them forcing me to put Hubstaff on my computer. I got another job offer and I want to take it but I can't afford to give up the $10,000 as it was taxed into oblivion. Please let me know!
