I was eating lunch at a hotdog stand and the mom next to me was telling her young daughter that someone at her job got fired for working a second job and could even potentially be arrested if he shared company info. She was like “that's a big no no having a second job you should be fully committed to your workplace” to her young daughter.
Like way to engrain a slave mentality at a young age, and your employer does not own you in your free time. They are not paying you around the clock and that is the dumbest thing I ever heard saying that you can have someone arrested for working a second job….
