Geniune question I'm asking. I've heard some crazy people here say that managers, directors, CEOs, and other administrative and managerial positions are completely useless since workers can 100% manage themselves. tried to have a serious discussion with one person, they just said I was simply brainwashed into low self-esteem and that's why someone like me would do absolutely nothing if there was no management. It ain't that, I'm definitely lazy. lol, if you believe there are lots of lazy managers, you better believe there are lots of lazy workers too.
