Because of passport delay issues, I couldn't give work the 3 months heads up that I'm going to Europe in September for 2 months, I only submitted my “request” form on the 19/7/23. I've submitted it as leave without pay. The boss looked through the workshops holiday schedule and said he doesn't have a problem with me going, however it has been 2 weeks now and the leave still hasn't been approved. Do ya reckon he won't approve it and because I'll still be going, he'll fire me for doing so ?
