I feel like I'm being shamed by my senior coworkers when I turn down extra shifts, but I feel like my days off are for myself to enjoy. I don't mind that it will more thank likely decrease my likelihood of being promoted or given more responsibility as it is just a casual job for me. I just sort of feel like I'm being looked down upon for “not stepping up”
