Doing the math before yearly review and now I’m pissed and sad

I was hired in 2017 at $38k. Same company, small yearly raises aside from 2020 & 2021 (smaller business) and now I’m at $41k. After doing the math, to make the same amount with the same buying power 6 years ago, I would need to make almost 47k. It’s as if I were hired at 33k. My performance has been slacking (lol) so I know it’s not gonna be a stellar, but no idea how to effectively bring this up around me not responding to emails super quick and keeping up with CECs (but all customers/clients are super happy with me and my performance). Any help?
