I don't know if it's because he's a man, an old man, or an American man, but he seems to be the kind of scum who thinks getting angry gets you what you want; an ego based over sensitive baby man.
Then right back to happy cheerful that's too gay to function. I don't like the stupid happiness that assumes empathy. I don't want to empathize anyone who thinks customer service is valid excuse to be abusive to coworkers. We're all sell outs for what we do for money. But working hard is not always working well and sacrificing others peace for your expectations is pure evil.
