I’m a pharmacy tech at the corner of stressed and overworked. My store manager overheard me tell a customer that we’re understaffed (4 techs have left since I started, only 1 has been hired after me that’s still there, so yes we’re short 3 techs and that’s why we haven’t been able to keep up like normal.) Next thing I know the RXOM (basically a manager for techs) is telling us we’re not allowed to say we’re understaffed as it “reflects badly on the company,” and instead to use the term “spread thin.” Same difference right? Fucking ridiculous
