DoorDash STOLE money from my account and I can’t get in contact with anyone who can help.

I really don't know what I should do, I've been doing DoorDash deliveries to help me out and one day I wanted to try the fast cash out feature but was unable to for some reason. I reached out to the help chat just to figure out why but the agent decided they wanted to process my next payout by the next day while simultaneously reversing every other payout I had from them putting me instantly negative. I contacted them right away (December 29th is when my money was taken away) and to this day I'm told “24-48 hours” every time I call them which is almost daily now. They said they would have the escalation team call me but they haven't called ( its been 1 week) and they won't connect me with them. What should I do?
