EEOC Process Advice

Hi all, I was terminated from my job last year as retaliation and harassment. The retaliation is for me filing 2 hostile workplace complaints. And harassment for my supervisor flirting with my wife and sexually harassing myself. I filed a complaint with EEOC, and have an interview set up later this month. Im wondering if anyone has gone through this before and can share any insight on how the process goes, things I make sure I don’t miss talking about, etc. I have text messages and photographs backing up my claims as well. Ive called 3 attorneys and they’ve said they can’t help me until I have a charge from EEOC allowing me to sue my former employer
