Trapped by a contract

I am an elementary computer lab teacher and my job has become increasingly difficult for me mentally. The job was great at the beginning but slowly the constant disrespect from students, having to stay high energy throughout the day, and doing a million other things on-top of my job is beginning to take a toll on my spirit. Today I had a really rough day and I almost considered walking away completely, but not having the money to pay off my contract stopped me in my tracks. I deal with 5 different grade levels throughout the day and today most of the classes I had were talking back, running around, crying because they didn’t want to work, and hiding under tables. I typically am able to get everything under control but not today. However, I managed to make it through the day by maintaining my composure and keeping a smile on my face. Even though inside my anxiety and depression levels were at an all time high. I’m also starting to feel like a glorified babysitter rather than a teacher. Unfortunately, I am under a contract that will make me pay $3000 if I quit. Also, the lack of support keeps me from talking to anyone about this. Admin doesn’t care if I’m struggling with my mental health. All they care about is their tests and numbers.
