I’ve been working at this place for less than 4 months doing overnights 11pm-7am Thursday-Monday, and every time our AGM has a 7am shift without fail I call her at 7:05 to ask where she is and every time she’s just waking up. Then still takes 20-30 minutes at least to arrive from there.
So I had enough. I wrote a scathing email to all the higher ups and cc’d her on it. It’s completely unacceptable to have a manager disrespect me and my personal time, over and over.
The head manager replied thanking me for bringing it to their attention and they would make it a priority to sort out.
Fuck shitty managers. And always call out bullshit when you see it. Cheers 🤙
