Employer changed PTO policy.

I work at a small business with three employees, including myself. Without any signed documentation acknowledging any change to the PTO policy, employer has stated that due to scheduling issues last summer due to people taking long weekends off for weddings and other summer events all PTO must be taken in one stretch AKA in one week. Employer is stating this is to avoid scheduling conflicts and people piecemealing days off. We only get 5 days of PTO a year, which resets on the first of the year. Employer said this change was made last year. They're asking what week I would like off this year. I won't go into huge detail, but this is something I have never had to deal before at any job and it's definitely the straw that broke the camel's back for me. I'm going to start looking for a different place to work because…

I'm going to start looking for a different place to work because of this bs.

Clearly money is valued more than employees.
