Howdy everyone, Today I noticed my clock ins back from lunch have been round to 30min intervals however I know for a fact I clocked back in earlier than that each day. I work in heavy workload job and like to leave on time each day so I return from lunch as soon as I’m done eating. I’m an hourly working and work on NC, a state that doesn’t require a 30min lunch brake. So is the wage theft and if so how sound I proceed?
