So I've been working at a school teaching music for 2 years part-time. I've also worked their after-school program, which is a different hourly rate. In the spring, I became a classroom assistant, which I worked around my music schedule. So I worked two different jobs, at two different pay rates. The teacher I was working with got fired and my boss made me reinterview for my classroom assistant position. She also cut my pay for music by 25%. Then after interviewing for the classroom assistant position she didn't give me a job and I was only the music teacher part time. I think this was shitty of her. Is it legal? Are there any actions I can take?
