Employer sending me messages at 8pm to cover shifts

I work in support care, so my shifts range from: – 0600 / 1400 – 1400 / 2200 – 2200 / 0600. While I understand that the shift employers have to text employees to cover shifts, I'm getting frustrated with my company constantly messaging me at late times. For example, yesterday, I was starting work at 10 pm, and I received a message at 8 pm (keep in mind, I was sleeping) to cover a shift on Saturday. While I understand that the notice is not the issue, I feel like it's unreasonable to receive messages at such a late hour. It's quite common for this company to message me up until 9 pm to cover shifts. I'm not sure why they wait so long to do so. Additionally, they change shifts without any notice, and it just shows up as a notification on my work app. I don't check it on my days off, and this could cause trouble for me. Which to be honest this work always finds a way to revolve around my life, so when I have a day off I don’t touch anything to do with it.

I have attached two screenshots to demonstrate my concerns. I have told them multiple times about this, but they continue to do it. Is there a way I can set a firm boundary? For people in health care or support do you think the same? At this point, I'm considering finding a new job.
