Starting in January they sent a company wide memo saying we’d get W, Th WFH – amazing.. only lasted 4 ish months Bc now start of may now we don’t anymore because the salespeople aren’t selling well enough.. so now everyone feels the repercussions.. like maybe it’s just an impending recession? Why not penalize just sales? How does that incentivize anyone since before, if they hit their numbers, they’d be allowed to WFH… and now gas is $5 a gallon so I’m stoked
