Employers should not be surpised when we jump ship at any time. Employment is a two way street.

Especially if it's been less than a month. Just started 3 weeks ago. After this week of being hands on and not shadowing anymore, I just can't see myself doing this full time everyday. Especially after the paycheck. Not worth it for the work required. I think it's better to leave earlier rather than waste either of our time even more. I know there has been some time invested in me and I was able to start 2 weeks after hire date – so it's already been a month of time invested in me. but employers should always keep in mind that we aren't bound to jobs and they might also not be the right for us, or we can leave for literally ANY reason without ANY explanation. I think they feel that I'm in it for the long haul so they're in for a surprise!
