I'm reposting this kuz I think i messed up the first time.
Sooooo….
My boss was telling me how he would get harped on because other managers complained about people standing at the time clock waiting to punch out. There is 5 minutes left in the day….for 20+ years that's what every company I have ever worked for has done. The last 10 minutes usually…but they're gunna bitch about 5? Are we not supposed to get in line at all I'm not understanding this….
End of the day you clean up, so I'm cleaned up and there's 5 minutes left in the day what are people supposed to friggin do?
