I’m day dreaming up vacations while I make up weekend days worked and wondering if remaining sick leave can be used as PTO by the end of the year if it hasn’t been used?
I’ll have a full 40 hours of sick leave available by Dec 30th. Obviously I can’t foresee whether I’ll need it for actually being sick but if I did still end up with 40 hours… am I able to use it without getting any pushback from HR/Management?
Only 40 more years till retirement. Lol.
