So my agency is conducting a test to see how much a person know their work? I mean is this normal. They are literally making me feel as if I’m in school doing my studies rather than doing a full time job. My whole point is shouldn’t they know based on a person’s ability to handle the work and get it done. Is a test really necessary and is it needed?
