Extreme heat at work

I work at a pizza place where the ac is broken. It was 96 degrees by the thermostat, God knows by the actual oven. The owner said to point the fan by us. There are 6 industrial fans just blowing hot air around at us. There are minors, I have a heart condition where I faint in extreme heat (among other situations). I feel like this is an osha violation, but i could be wrong. Owner said it isn't that bad, last year it was over 100 degrees. I honestly only took the job because I knew the ac was working (2 months ago when I applied it worked) and now I don't know that there is any intention to fix it. Owners wife said it'll cost 7000 dollars. I make 14 dollars an hour, it ain't worth it.
