I work at a gas ,,Aastation, I'm full time. I've been asking for days for forever and it never happened. There was some BS and I rage applied for another job. I got hired.
I honestly felt so bad putting my 2 weeks notice in. We're (of course) short staffed and 2 other people put their notice in.
Then I got in today to check my schedule and I have to work days on the one day I requested PM because my kid has a school function. And my boss knows I have a school function because her kid is in the same grade and has the same function!
Don't feel bad anymore and I already told her I'll be late that day.
My boss hadn't seen my 2wks because I just left it on the desk today.
