Filed an unemployment claim and gave reasoning that it was for illegal activity. Am I fucked? I believe there was illegal and unethical activity but I don’t want the drama and potential legal issues.

I filed yesterday for unemployment. I have been out of work for about a week and have been dealing with job related stress since I quit. It’s been a really rough few years and there’s been a lot of absolute bulkshit happening which, the majority of it is not illegal but there are some things which violate NLRA, OSHA and generally good ethical conduct 🤷‍️ but I don’t care and I want ti withdraw that claim as it just seems like a fucking headache. I don’t want to deal with it anymore. I can’t deal with the bullshit, I can’t deal with the retaliation and potential personal legal consequences of Lmao using my former employer of illegal conduct because my health is fucked right now. They already responded. Am I fucked?
