TL;DR: Previous job made no contact in regards to three sexual harassment complaints that I made. My supervisor told me that the Program Director was the one in charge of it even though she CLEARLY was able to kick the guy from the program for misconduct. I quit because their inaction for 37 DAYS made me fear for my safety because he made a threat that I'd replace his girlfriend since we all thought she'd be out of the picture (a life of crime sometimes makes you do time). “She's gonna be gone, so it's a fair trade.”
Then I figured out we finally got an HR employee when I got called for an over-the-phone exit interview. She apparently got hired two weeks prior. No one of my position got notified about it and it's a relatively small company, so there's no excuse.
Two months later, today, I was doing an at-home Sexual Harassment training for my new job and finally got resources to report the company. To my memory, my location didn't even have anti-harassment notices posted anywhere on the property.
I love employers that don't care about their employees ️️️️ How about you?
