I filed a formal grievance against my boss. My boss is new-ish with the organization and was pretty bad from the start. I kept pretty good details of dates, times, and the issue that took place. Made sure that I talked to everyone I needed to talk to, including a company therapist.
The added stress and disengagement, not just from me, but also from my coworkers… Just couldn't do it anymore.
Now I have a meeting scheduled with a third party hr consultant firm to investigate the situation.
My question is this:
– can i send the investigator the list of grievances and say that I'm more than willing to answer any questions that pertain to the listed individuals or dates in the letter?
I know that these investigators try and trip people up and I'm already a tad nervous about the whole thing. Suggestions?
